1 - Exit permits are issued at the customs clearance office at the customs center after the electronic system confirms that the declaration has been finalized, paid and cleared from all other departments.
2 - Permits are issued once the declaration is finalized and paid, a delivery permit is issued for the goods, an approval for a shipping broker is granted, and all required electronic transactions to finalize the customs declaration have been uploaded onto the ASYCUDA global system.
3 - The exit agent confirms the customs lead seal number on the permit electronically
