Additional information
The shipping agent issues an electronic delivery permit on the ASYCUDA system after receiving the original bills or receiving an order from the shipping line to deliver the goods (TEXT RELEASE) and after receiving all his financial dues. The shipping agent issues an electronic delivery permit as follows:
- Fill in the electronic delivery permit fields on the electronic policy/ policies.
- Entering the tax number of the final beneficiary of the policy/policies in which the customs declaration is organized.
- Entering the customs number of the clearing company on the policy/policies in which the customs declaration is organized.
- If the customs declaration, the policy, the electronic manifest, and the electronic delivery permit all match, then an electronic delivery permit is issued, and the clearance company can later issue an exit permit for the contents of the customs declaration.
Note: that it is possible for the shipping agent to issue an electronic delivery permit at any stage after the manifest registration and before the goods leave the customs area after the agent has received all his financial dues
