The ratio of expatriate workers to Jordanian workers in different sectors
Additional information
The Ministry of Labor audits the workers in the factory and determines the proportion of expatriate labor, as the proportion of expatriate labor varies according to sectors and as shown in the attachment above.
The form shall be filled out by the Ministry's auditor, duly signed and stamped.
After reviewing the Ministry of Labor and obtaining the Ministry’s letter, the merchant delivers it to the labor office and according to the governorate in which the facility is located. After 48 hours, the labor office employee of the Central Inspection Directorate reveals the number of expatriate workers in the facility.
