Additional information
Eur.1 certificates are issued for export purposes to the European Union and EFTA countries at the main customs office or at the clearance centers and according to the notification No. 71 of 2004.
The customs centers are authorized to certify the Eur.1 certificate by submitting the necessary documents at the customs center and authenticating them electronically by the assistant director.
The customs shall verify that the certificate of origin states that it is valid for the issuance of Form (A).
In exceptional cases, a Eur.1 movement certificate may be issued after the goods have been exported.
The customs centers are authorized to certify the Eur.1 certificate by submitting the necessary documents at the customs center and authenticating them electronically by the assistant director.
