The goods shall be taken out from the customs center under a pledge not to dispose of the goods until the completion of the required documents after matching the apparent physical inspection and the customs declaration shall be to transfer to the blue lane.
Goods may be entered and transported from one place to another in or through the Kingdom, with the suspension of payment of customs duties and other taxes and fees thereon. It is required in these situations to provide guarantees to secure fees and taxes in cash, bank guarantees, or guaranteed pledges in accordance with the instructions issued by the Director.
It means not to dispose of the released goods before the results of their analysis appear, in violation of the provisions of prohibition and restriction stipulated in this law or in the legislation in force, if it is in violation of the approved standards or technical rules without such violation having an impact on public health and safety even if it is paid fees and taxes. The fine in this case shall not be less than five hundred dinars.
In the event of disposing of goods in violation of Jordanian standard specifications or Jordanian technical rules, the provisions of prohibition and restriction stipulated in Customs Law No. 20 of 1998 and its amendments or in the legislation in force shall be applied.
The provisions of the Standards and Metrology Law No. 22 of 2000 and its amendments / Article 34 A - Point 14 are also applied
