-على المعاينة أن تعكس واقع البضاعة مع تصريح صاحب العلاقة والوثائق المرفقة به بإلإضافة للإشراف على سحب عينات حسية و/أو صور وفيديو و/أو عينات للتحليل، سواء لوحدات العمليات أو مختبر الجمارك أو أي جهة أخرى يتطلب إنجاز البيان عرضها عليها.
-تكون المعاينة متزامنة من قبل موظفي دائرة الجمارك ومندوبي الدوائر الأخرى بالنسبة للقمح وداخل الميناء حسب معايير الإنتقائية وإدارة المخاطر لكل طرف على البضاعة بشكل كلي أو جزئي وبحضور التاجر أو من ينوب عنه.
-تتم معاينة المسرب الأحمر مع الأخذ بعين الأعتبار ملاحظات وحدات عمليات النافذة الوطنية وحسب الوثائق المؤرشفة وملاحظات وحدات النافذة الوطنية على نظام الأسيكودا، وفي حال المطابقة يوثق المعاين النتيجة الكترونياُ.
علماً أن مندوبي الدوائر الأخرى يقوموا بالكشف على بواخر القمح عند وصولها على رصيف الميناء من خلال لجنة البراتيك التي تتكون من الجمارك، الغذاء والدواء، وزارة الزراعة.
