1.يقوم موظف مركز جمرك وادي اليتم بمطابقة رقم الحاوية ورقم السيارة المثبت على البيان الجمركي مع واقع الحال.
2.يتأكد الموظف من سلامة الرصاص الجمركي ورقمه.
3.يقوم الموطف بتثبيت حركة الكترونية على نظام الأسيكودا العالمي تدل على دخول المحتويات الى منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة وعلى اساس هذه الحركة الالكترونية يتم احتساب مدة التجاوز
