Additional information
The port provides the client with an effective control system for managing container traffic at the Container Terminal and reporting on the activities related to container traffic.
The Terminal shall allow the shipping agent to bring the trucks alongside the container ships to unload the goods on board the container ships, according to the time slots agreed upon, and shall allow their staff to access the container ships in the Port Terminal to carry out any repairs necessary. The Terminal and the client agree that this access provided for in the Clause hereof is granted by the Terminal in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Terminal and the Customs Department, and that the port shall not be liable for any kind of loss, damage, cost, liability or injury arising in any way to any person or thing granted access under Clause hereof, and the client is obligated to indemnify the Terminal for any loss, damage, expense, cost or injury in any way whatsoever for whatever reason access was granted under the Clause hereof.
