The customs declaration is verified along with any previous licenses and required documents from the Ministry of Agriculture at the National Window Operations unit. The verification requirements are according to the clause that must be submitted electronically. The concerned parties and clearance companies are contacted by them electronically through the public service system. If there is a need for further clarification or if additional verification documents are requested to proceed with the declaration procedures.
The agricultural representatives inspect the consignment, issue a phytosanitary certificate at the border posts, and a fee of two dinars should be paid.
