يقوم موظف الرقابة الجمركية بالتحقق من سلامة الرصاص الجمركي المثبت على الحاوية أو السيارة ومطابقة رقم الرصاصة بما هو مثبت على الوثائق المرفقة مع الناقل، وفي حال وجود تتبع الكتروني يثوم بالتأكد من سلامته وتحويل الأمر الى موظف التتبع الالكتروني لفك الجهاز.
