Additional information

Before the inspection, a veterinarian has to confirm that the refrigerated car that enters the slaughter house from the customs center is certified ,and the safety and the number of the customs lead is recorded on the statement. The doctors of the control and inspection department in Amman slaughter house request the inspection, receive the transaction and the financial receipt , and then carry out the procedures for the sensory examination and laboratory Tests if necessary The physician issues a certificate of examination of the contents of the statement, the statement indicates the conformity of the contents for human consumption, including types, quantities, date of fishing and expiry date. The certificate is used for selling purposes in the local market , and to monitor and inspect by the concerned authorities The time taken for the inspection and examination process varies according to the quantity and quality of fish and the nature of the required examination
