The documents are reviewed and in case of agreement, a money order is issued to the meant section, a licence will also be issued.
The concerned person or his representative goes to the cashier to pay the fees and receive a financial receipt for the amount paid.
The owner goes back to the department to receive his import licence In case there is a need of a technical opinion, the head of livestock licence section will diverse the papers indoors to the veterinarian and animal directorate in Jawa
