Additional information
The Clearance Company prepares the customs declaration of the goods sent to the Kingdom on the ASYCUDA World system before it is moved to the loading area or to the export port or before the goods arrive to the Kingdom in accordance with the instructions of the National Trade Window as follows:
1- Once the mandatory and optional fields are filled in the application it is then saved and stored on the ASYCUDA System.
2- If the application is stored in the system, the clearance company can amend the fields if needed.
3- After registering the application on the ASYCUDA System it is given a serial number, therefore, the clearance company cannot amend any field unless an electronic amendment request to the National Window operations unit is submitted.
4- When preparing the customs declaration, the applicant must attach the legally required documents along with the declaration ((an electronic copy of the bill of lading - if any - and an electronic copy of the list (the invoice) and the original certificate of origin - unless the original is excluded by law or the instructions issued thereunder, and all other documents related and required to complete the declaration)), the documents should be uploaded to the ASYCUDA world system (scanned) with the specifications and accuracy specified in the circulars of the department, in a way that enables the issuance of the necessary approvals from the relevant departments and regulatory authorities to permit land entry, exit or transit of goods into the Kingdom.
5- The customs clearance company registers the customs declaration on the ASYCUDA world system. Once it is registered it is given a number on the ASYCUDA System and launches selective criteria (lanes) for other departments.
