في حال كان مقدم الطلب حاصل على تفويض يجب ان تكون الصيغه ارجو التكرم بالموافقه على تفعيل حساب المنشاة للسيد ...................... والحصول على بطاقة مستورد لاول مرة ويجب ان يكون التفويض مصادق من احد الغرف التجارية او البنوك وان لا يزيد عن 14 يوما.
