All centers where the national window is applied in the Customs Department working hours are 24 hours, except that it is working from 7:30-15:30, except on Fridays.

Working hours apply to all representatives of the Standardization & Metrology Organization(SMO), with the exception of: 1. Representatives of the Corporation at the Customs Center of Queen Alia International Airport (express shipping) work 24/7. 3. Representatives of SMO working in all procedures except (data leakage and inspecting of goods) in Aqaba, work Friday 8:00-14:00.

Additional information

- After evaluating the results of the required tests and delivering the test samples the customs declaration is completed and transferred to the green lane.
- After confirming the conformity of test results at the laboratories in Jordan, the external examination reports, or the trademarks, the representative of the Standards and Metrology Organization at the Customs Center transfer the declaration to the green lane, afterwhich the samples used for testing will be returned to the concerned party
