Additional information
The cosmetic or pharmaceutical product must be registered. The representative or authorized representative defined by the institution shall be present.
The customs declaration shall be attached with an invoice for the preparations indicating (the name of the commercial product and the batch number) transferred from the customs to the JFDA, accompanied by a sealed sample of each product contained in the invoice.
1. The agent or company fills out the request letter assigned to the beauty department and attaches the required documents to the reception department in the directorate to take an incoming.
2. The transaction is transferred to the pharmacist in the cosmetic department to check the documents and match them with the invoice.
3. The pharmacist in the department checks the import invoice and approves it by signing it and putting the phrase (there is no objection to completion).
4. The transaction is transferred to the concerned employee to duly stamp the invoice.
5. The transaction is delivered to the agent or company.
