Additional information
At this stage, the documents are verified in full and transferred for inspection, by checking the documents of the customs declaration, prior licenses and the required documents attached to it from other departments related to the completion of the customs declaration, according to the items targeted electronically, and they communicate with the stakeholders and clearance companies electronically through the public service system. In the event of any inquiry or request for additional documents for verification and permission to proceed with the statement procedures.
The customs declaration is considered finalized upon completion of the following important stages:
1- Obtaining an electronic authentication from the procedures officer, after validating the customs declaration with the attachments and ensuring that the requirements are met.
2- Obtaining the approval of the customs tariff officer, after validating the customs tariff of the goods and ensuring that the requirements for implementing the agreements, if any, are met.
3- Obtaining the electronic authentication from the valuation officer, once the customs value is approved according to the customs valuation structure
The customs declaration is considered finalized upon completion of the following important stages:
