يقوم موظف الإبراء بتدقيق البيان الجمركي وبوليصة الشحن المحملة ضمن منافست الصادر ومطابقة صحة المعلومات الواردة على الوثائق، ومن ثم يقوم بتثبيت حركة تدقيق الكترونية على نظام الأسيكودا العالمي تتيح لرئيس قسم الابراء استكمال الإجراء.
من خلال الربط الالكتروني ما بين الجمارك وميناء الحاويات يتبين أن البضاعة قد غادرت رصيف الميناء وتتحول حالة البيان الى "1" على نظام الأسيكودا العالمي مما يتيح لموظف الابراء بدء عملية التدقيق.
يتطلع موظف الابراء على مشروحات موظف الرقابة الجمركية الإلكترونية "إن وجدت"، حيث يقوم موظف الرقابة الجمركية بتثبيت مشروحاته الالكترونية ان وجدت وبناءً على مشاهدته الفعلية للحاوية والشاحنة والتأكد من سلامة الرصاص.
