Fifth: In the event that the result of the technical testing is identical after being evaluated by the representative of JSMO in the customs center, the entries of the shipment shall be paid and its lane shall be transferred to the green.
Sixth: In the event that the result of the technical testing does not conform, the recommendation shall be made not to enter (re-export or destroy the goods, with the right of the merchant to re-examine the technical examination if he wishes to do so within one month of the first examination).
