1- The documents of the customs declaration, prior licences (type approval ) and the required documents attached to it are checked by the telecommunications regulatory authority. If the documents conformed, the customs declaration is approved.
2- If there is a need for further clarification or if additional verification documents are requested to proceed with the declaration procedures, at that point the concerned parties and clearance companies are contacted electronically through the public service system .
