The goods are released from the customs center and the declaration is transferred to the blue lane, provided that there is a no action guarantee until the test result come out or the completion of required documents after conducting the physical examination Releasing the goods pursuant to a no action guarantee means not to dispose of the released goods before the results of their analysis come out, in contravention of the prohibition and restriction provisions stipulated in this law or the legislations in force.
