A letter of conformity for the fish is prepared and addressed to the concerned customs center after the inspection process is carried out, so that it clarifies the details of the procedures. The letter includes approval by the Municipality of Amman slaughterhouse department, to proceed with the completion of the customs declaration, and shows the quantity and type of fish, its origin and the value of the amount paid (the cost of examination), and it is signed by a manager. Amman slaughterhouse on behalf of the Mayor of Amman.
The book is delivered to the importer or his representative to deliver it to the concerned authority at the customs center, so that the recipient signs a statement at the slaughterhouse that he has duly received the book
